PERSISTENT ACNE

A common skin condition that happens when hair follicles or oil glands under the skin become clogged, leading to outbreaks of lesions, commonly called pimples or zits.

Assessing acne on a case-by-case basis is a critical part of successfully treating the condition.

SKIN CANCER

Skin cancer — the abnormal growth of skin cells — most often develops on skin exposed to the sun. The three most common types of skin cancer are basal, squamous, and melanoma.

Checking your skin for suspicious changes can help detect skin cancer at its earliest stages. Early detection of skin cancer is important and generally give your a great chance of cure. 

MOHS SURGERY

Mohs micrographic surgery (MMS) is a precise surgical procedure for removing skin cancer that preserves healthy tissue and has high cure rates. 

During the procedure, the Mohs surgeon removes the cancer with a thin margin, examines each layer under a microscope, and will repeat as necessary until a clear margin is achieved. 

PSORIASIS

An auto-inflammatory skin condition that causes red, scaly patches to appear on the skin. It is a chronic condition that affects millions of people around the world.

While there is no cure for psoriasis, there are treatments that can help manage the symptoms and reduce the severity of outbreaks. Our providers will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that you are comfortable with to improve your symptoms. 

ECZEMA

Eczema, is a chronic skin condition that causes inflammation. It can cause itchy, dry, cracked, and sore skin that can appear in many areas of the body, but most often on the trunk and extremities.

The treatment of eczema varies depending on the severity, location and patient preference. Our providers will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that you are comfortable with to improve your symptoms.
