About Dr. Egbeto
Ista Egbeto, MD is a dermatologist at Core Dermatology’s Peoria location, committed to providing compassionate, personalized skin care for patients of all ages. Originally from Togo, West Africa, she earned her Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA.
Dr. Egbeto was drawn to dermatology because it uniquely blends visual diagnosis, microscopic confirmation, and both medical and surgical treatment. She has a special interest in oncodermatology, skin surgery, and cosmetic dermatology, and she enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin. Her work has been featured in peer-reviewed publications, and she brings the latest evidence-based care to every patient she sees.
Outside of work, Dr. Egbeto loves spending time with her family, exploring new cuisines, and traveling to discover new cultures and experiences.
