Chad Hoerr, PA-C

Chad Hoerr, PA-C, is a compassionate and skilled physician assistant dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. He earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Radford University Carilion and holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Chad has gained diverse clinical experience through rotations in emergency medicine, family medicine, infectious disease, general surgery, and more. His hands-on expertise includes suturing, wound care, incision and drainage procedures, and managing dermatologic conditions such as eczema and acne.

Before becoming a PA, Chad worked as a medical assistant at Soderstrom Skin Institute, where he collaborated with nursing staff to administer UV light therapy, performed blood draws, and assisted in patient care. He is proficient in EPIC and NextGen electronic medical record systems and is certified in BLS and ACLS.

Known for his friendly demeanor and ability to build strong patient relationships, Chad is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. He looks forward to making a positive impact in the medical field as he embarks on his career as a physician assistant.
