Health & Wellness

ELIGIBILITY

Must work a minimum of 30 hours per week

EFFECTIVE DATE

1st of the month following 30 days of employment (ex: hire date is 3/15, coverage date is 5/1)

Medical FSA: set aside money for important medical /dental/vision expenses up to the annual IRS limitation.

Dependent Care FSA: set aside money for day care, nursery school, elder care expenses etc. up to $5,000 annually ($2,500 if married and filing separate tax returns).
