SURGICAL RN

As a Surgical Nurse at Core Dermatology, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our Surgery patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing patients for surgery and ensure their comfort and well-being.
Assisting surgical team during procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
Monitoring patient’s vital signs and respond to any changes.
Administering medications as directed by physicians.
Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety.
Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care and procedures.
Participating in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and advancements in surgical nursing.

Requirements:

Valid RN license in the state of Illinois.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in surgical nursing preferred but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
