Revenue Cycle Associate

We need two experienced revenue cycle associates to work at our location in Peoria. Candidates will be responsible for monitoring A/R aging and execute appropriate follow up on unpaid claims as well as denial management. Phone responsibilities include daily incoming calls from patients to resolve billing questions, collect payment, or to set up financial arrangements. Insurance coverage verification, and prior authorizations will be performed, as needed.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 1 year of insurance & billing experience in a healthcare setting. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to read and examine documents for accuracy and completeness, and customer service oriented. Must be able to navigate basic Microsoft Office and be familiar with utilizing online tools for claims follow up. Candidate must be able to organize their time well and adhere to weekly deadlines.
