Brooke Entwistle, RN

Brooke Entwistle, RN, began her nursing career in 2012, specializing in adult and geriatric rehabilitation care. By 2019, she advanced to Director of Clinical Services, focusing on post-acute rehabilitation, respiratory care, and infection prevention as a Certified Infection Preventionist.

In 2021, Brooke transitioned to hospice care, serving as Regional Director of Nursing and later as Administrator of Hospice Services, where she excelled in managing comfort-focused care and regional service growth.

Pursuing her passion for dermatology and aesthetic medicine, Brooke joined Core Dermatology in October 2023, where she practices injectable services in Peoria. Certified in Laser Safety since April 2024, she continues to expand her expertise in cosmetic medicine alongside our board-certified Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons.
